Alternative Three discusses the state of the earth, concidered by most to be in total ruin with NO hope to recover.  The Rich men of the world have come up with three alternatives to put into play.

      - Release the Carbon Dioxide build up in the atmosphere by creating 
        holes in the ionisphere by Nuclear armaments or by the use of HAARP.

      - Reduce the World's Population by any means neccessary to a sustainable
        number of 500,000,000.  That means killing about 6 BILLION people!!!

      - Escape the Earth's destruction by using Government back Engineered UFO's
        to secret bases on the Moon and Mars.
